1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.

Our delivery partners are trusted local courier services to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
4. Shipping Charges
We are giving free deliveries for limited time only (Promotional discounts)

Flat rate shipping: PKR 200 for all orders below PKR 2,000.

Free shipping on orders of PKR 2,000 or more.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.
6. Delays or Delivery Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, certain factors like weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may affect timelines. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. Herbsalot Beauty is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged, lost, or tampered with, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance.
